Just got back from NSM and I need to process this with people who were there. They spent two days pumping us up about the Miebo launch momentum and Xdemvy opportunity, had a big celebration for the top performers, and then on day three unveiled our 2026 quotas. Mine went up 31%. Thirty-one percent. On a territory that was at 97% in 2025, which in the current environment is solid. No rationale document, no methodology explanation. Just a number.
