Lilly pay is top of market but pressure is insane

Base at $145k, target bonus at 22%, car allowance is generous, ESPP, strong 401k match.

Lilly pays better than almost anyone right now, especially in the GLP-1 territory roles.

But the scrutiny is relentless.

Weekly call activity reviews, GPS tracking, managers in your territory constantly.

If you miss a week because of life stuff you hear about it.

The compliance environment is also notably stricter than peers.

Everything is documented and reviewed.

I appreciate the pay but I understand why some people burn out.

If you need autonomy to thrive, Lilly right now is probably not your best fit.
