Anyone else at {post_company_name} feeling like we're just 'ghost hires' these days? Had a colleague leave my district three months ago, and crickets.
No talk of backfilling, just a casual 'can you cover these accounts for now?' from management.
It's great for the bottom line, I guess, but my territory just got 30% bigger overnight with zero additional support.
How are we supposed to hit targets when we're doing the job of 1.5 people? This isn't sustainable.
Is this the new normal?.
