Is it just me or is the hiring process at Takeda becoming a total black hole? I've got two friends who've been through 4 rounds of interviews for the GI expansion, only to be ghosted for three weeks.
I'm hearing from some insiders that the DMs are so burnt out from the constant restructuring and 'efficiency' meetings that they don't even have the energy to close out the reqs.
It's a bad look for a company that prides itself on culture.
Anyone else seeing this in their region?.
