I've been watching the turnover in the Donelli/Bradley regions and it's absolutely insane.
It feels like every other week we're getting 'farewell' emails from reps who haven't even been here a year.
Is it just the pressure of the current launch, or is there something deeper going on with the management style? I've heard some horror stories about the micromanagement and the 'always on' expectations.
For those of you still there, how are you keeping your sanity? Is the comp even worth the burnout at this point?.
