Three years at Regeneron and I'll say this — the science is legit but the quota setting process is a joke. They look at your best quarter and make it your new floor. Hit 130% in Q3? Congrats, that's your new baseline. Meanwhile the guys who sandbagged all year get easy targets. No wonder turnover in the northeast is brutal right now. I've watched four solid reps walk out the door in 18 months, all for the same reason. Leadership keeps calling it "raising the bar" but everyone on the ground knows what it really is. At some point the talent drain has to catch up to them.
