We're halfway through 2026 and the senior leadership at Horizon is still spouting the same old babble about addressing our 'Areas of Opportunity.' Every town hall is just another round of corporate-speak that completely ignores the reality of the field.
Morale is tanking, territories are being unfilled, and the only thing they seem to be 'optimizing' is the administrative burden on the reps.
Is anyone actually seeing any real changes, or is it just more of the same 'opportunity' talk while the ship continues to drift?.
