We just got another one of those vague 'upcoming changes' emails from leadership and the rumor mill is already in overdrive.
They're saying it's about 'optimizing our commercial footprint,' which we all know is code for territory realignments or worse.
It's the same old story: 'keep working hard and we'll let you know more by the end of the quarter.' The lack of transparency is killing morale.
Is anyone else at Alexion hearing anything concrete, or are we all just waiting for the other shoe to drop?.
