The 'AI-Optimized' Micromanagement at Daiichi - is anyone else losing their mind?

I've been at Daiichi for six years and I've never felt so micro-managed in my entire career.

Ever since the 'AI-driven' launch strategy rolled out, it feels like every single move I make is being tracked and analyzed by an algorithm.

My manager is spending more time reviewing my 'digital engagement' metrics than actually coaching me on how to sell.

I'm spending hours every week just trying to make the data look good for the system.

Is this the new normal here, or is anyone actually finding a way to push back and focus on real relationship-based selling?.
