FieldPulse works only if reps can share field reality without exposing themselves, patients, customers, or confidential employer information. Use patterns, ranges, timelines, and experience. Leave identity clues out.
Good FieldPulse posts
- Compensation ranges, bonus structure changes, and quota pressure.
- Interview process notes, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Launch reality, access friction, territory quality, and field workload.
- Culture patterns, management style, career advice, and broad org changes.
Do not post
- Names, initials, exact territories, account lists, customer names, or manager identifiers.
- Patient information, HIPAA-protected details, adverse-event specifics, or medical records.
- Confidential documents, trade secrets, material non-public information, unreleased financials, or private employer materials.
- Doxxing, harassment, threats, fake engagement, spam, or posts pretending to be someone else.
Moderation principles
FieldPulse may remove unsafe details while preserving useful general discussion where possible. We remove posts that identify people, patients, accounts, confidential employer material, or misleading sponsored content.
If a post or comment looks unsafe, use the report action. Reports go into the moderation queue without exposing your identity.
