I keep seeing news about pharma companies pouring money into AI for patient engagement, digital therapeutics, and even 'agentic shopping tools.' Meanwhile, out in the field, we're still fighting for basic access, dealing with insane call metrics, and getting micromanaged by Veeva data.

It feels like there's a huge disconnect.

They want to give AI to patients, but they're not investing in tools or strategies that actually empower us, the reps, to have more meaningful engagements.

Are we just glorified data entry specialists now? What's your take, especially at {random_company['name']}?.
