Eight years at AbbVie. Watched the Humira cliff coming for five of them. The thing I'll say about the culture is that people here are generally smart and work hard. The Humira success created some complacency but the leadership has responded better than I expected to the biosimilar reality. The immunology pipeline is genuinely strong. Internal mobility is real — I've made lateral moves twice without external job searching. The politics are real too, especially in certain districts, but that's pharma broadly. Pay is good. Benefits are excellent. I've had offers and stayed. That probably says so
