I've been with AbbVie for 6 years now, and I've never seen anything like this.
In the last month alone, we've lost three of our top-performing reps in my district.
And the crazy part? They aren't even leaving for better pay.
Two of them took pay cuts just to get away from the 'metrics-at-all-costs' culture we've developed lately.
My DM is completely checked out.
He's so exhausted from trying to fill holes in the roster that he's stopped coaching altogether.
It's just 'log your calls and leave me alone' until the weekly report comes out, then it's panic mode.
It feels like the leadership is so disconnected from the field reality right now.
We're being asked to do more with less support, and people are just hitting a wall.
Is this just a local issue or are you guys seeing a wave of resignations in your areas too? I'm starting to wonder if the grass really is greener on the other side, even if the paycheck is a bit smaller.
