Hearing a lot of chatter about Vertex spinning up these new Kidney Disease and Pain divisions.
My LinkedIn has been blowing up with recruiters reaching out.
I've always heard Vertex has a 'unique' culture—high pressure but high reward.
Anyone here actually made the jump or in the interview process? I'm currently at AZ and with the Baxfendy launch coming up, I'm weighing my options.
Is the Vertex comp plan as good as they say, or is it all just hype to get people to leave stable big pharma roles? Also, how's the work-life balance in these new specialty divisions? Don't want to trade one burnout for another.
