Neurocrine has a great story on tardive dyskinesia but we're getting killed by Corcept in the Cushing's space in my territory. Their reps are everywhere and they've done a better job of identifying endocrinologists who are actually seeing Cushing's patients. We're reactive and they're proactive. My DM knows it's a problem but solutions haven't materialized. Feels like home office thinks the neurology relationships are enough to carry over but Cushing's is a completely different call point. Anyone from other territories having better luck? Would love to know what's actually working.
