Just wrapped up my Neurocrine interview process. Four rounds over 6 weeks — phone screen, HM video, field ride, then a panel with 3 DMs. They asked for a 10-minute business plan presentation at the end. Got the offer. Base was $118k for a specialty neurology role in the midwest. Stock options, 18% bonus at target. Took it.
