Just wrapped up my Neurocrine interview process.
Four rounds over 6 weeks — phone screen, HM video, field ride, then a panel with 3 DMs.
They asked for a 10-minute business plan presentation at the end.
Got the offer.
Base was $118k for a specialty neurology role in the midwest.
Stock options, 18% bonus at target.
Took it.
The culture feels genuinely different from big pharma — smaller team, less bureaucracy, managers actually seem to know what's happening in the field.
Ingrezza pull-through support is solid.
Ask about territory history in the interview though — some territories are starting from scratch.
