Got official notice yesterday that my territory is being restructured effective April 1. New alignment, new targets, some accounts shifting. What they're NOT saying explicitly is that two reps from adjacent territories are being eliminated and their accounts absorbed into mine without any comp adjustment. So I go from covering 180 active NPI accounts to roughly 260, same base, same car allowance, higher quota on the expanded footprint. When I asked my DM about comp adjustment the answer was "we'll revisit in the next review cycle." That's a no. The WARN Act filings for J&J in NJ go back to Q4
