The 'Ghost Rep' Award Winners — How are they doing it?

I need to vent.

We just had our regional meeting and one of the top award winners is a rep who literally never leaves their house.

I've seen their 'activity' in Veeva and it's all 'virtual' or 'phone' calls logged at 4:55 PM on a Friday.

Meanwhile, I'm out here grinding in the rain, fighting for 30 seconds of a doc's time, and my numbers are just 'average.' Is this the new reality of pharma sales? If you can game the system and have a territory that basically sells itself, do you even need to be in the field? It's incredibly demotivating for those of us actually doing the work.

My manager seems to either not know or not care as long as the dashboard is green.

Anyone else have a 'Ghost Rep' in their district taking home the President's Club trophy while the rest of us do the heavy lifting? How do they get away with it without the DM noticing?.
