Throwing this out there because I know a lot of people are curious about Novo comp right now, especially with all the territory changes post-Wegovy expansion.

I am a senior specialty rep covering a mid-size metro in the Southeast.

Been with Novo for 3 years, promoted once.

Here is what my 2026 package looks like after the April realignment: Base: $115k.

IC target at plan is around $42k but realistic attainment in my territory has been 120-140% so actual bonus has been $50-58k.

Company car + full benefits.

RSUs vest over 4 years, got a grant of about $25k at promotion.

The catch? Territory just got split.

I lost about 35% of my highest-volume endocrinology accounts to a new hire.

My manager said quota would be adjusted but so far it has not been.

Running the math and I am not sure I can hit plan this quarter without those accounts.

Anyone else in GLP-1 dealing with the same thing? Feels like they are hiring aggressively but not adjusting targets for existing reps.

Classic pharma move.
