Got the heads up from my DM this week that our entire district is being collapsed into a pod model effective Q2.
Six reps going to four, three DMs going to one "pod lead." The official messaging is all about "leveraging synergies" and "omnichannel alignment" but anyone who's been around knows what this is.
Headcount reduction dressed up as org design.
The frustrating part is our district was at 112% for 2025.
Top performers.
The restructuring has nothing to do with performance — it's just math.
They want fewer W-2s.
The GLP-1 revenue is enormous but apparently that doesn't translate into field investment.
For anyone trying to figure out where they stand: pull your WARN Act filing dates for your state.
If they're moving people around to avoid triggering thresholds, that's a pattern I've seen before.
Don't wait for the official announcement to start making calls.
