I've been at Lundbeck for four years and I've never seen anything like the metric obsession we're experiencing right now.
It feels like every other week there's a new 'exercise' or 'compliance' tracker that we have to complete, and the focus on 'digital engagement' is reaching a breaking point.
I'm spending more time on administrative tasks and 'busy work' than I am actually talking to doctors.
Is this just my region, or is the culture here starting to rot from the top down? I used to love the autonomy we had, but now I feel like I'm being micro-managed by an algorithm.
