I just saw the new digital engagement targets for Q3 and I'm actually speechless.
75 emails a month? Who at home office thinks this is a good idea? My docs are already overwhelmed with emails from every other company, and now I'm supposed to add three more a day just to hit a metric? This is the fastest way to get blocked by an office.
I used to be proud of the relationship-based culture here at Lundbeck, but it feels like we're being turned into a call center.
Is anyone else's DM actually pushing this, or are they as embarrassed as we are?.
