Applied for a Gilead HIV specialist role. Made it through four rounds — phone with HR, video with HM, field ride, panel interview with two RDs. Got the rejection email three days after the panel with no feedback. Spent probably 12 hours total prepping, did a competitive analysis presentation, felt good about it. The ghosting after that much process is honestly disrespectful. I've heard from other candidates they did the same thing — run you all the way through and then nothing. If you're applying to Gilead, go in with eyes open about how they treat people in the back half of the process.
