Ipsen Reps: 'Areas of Opportunity' or Just Corporate Code for 'More with Less'?

Anyone else tired of hearing about 'Areas of Opportunity' from senior leadership? After the 2025 survey, they promised to address our concerns.

Now, in June 2026, it just feels like corporate doublespeak for 'we're going to make you do more with fewer resources.' At {post_company_name}, we've seen massive growth, but the field support hasn't kept pace.

Every 'opportunity' seems to translate into increased territory size, higher quotas, and less time for actual patient engagement.

Is this just a smokescreen for another round of 'efficiency' restructurings? It's demoralizing when they talk about 'investing in the field' but then cut travel budgets or push unrealistic metrics.

What are your companies doing? Are these 'Areas of Opportunity' actually leading to positive changes, or just more pressure?.
