I've been at Ipsen for four years and the culture used to be great, but lately it feels like every time there's a 'restructuring,' it's the field reps who take the hit while the home office just adds more layers of management.
We have more 'Sr.
Directors' and 'VPs' than ever, most of whom have never even carried a bag, yet they're the ones making decisions that make our jobs harder.
Is anyone else seeing this trend at Ipsen, or is it just my therapeutic area? Morale is at an all-time low and it feels like leadership is completely out of touch with the reality of the field.
