The 'Pay for Performance' trap at BI - is anyone else feeling the burnout?

I've been at BI for three years and I'm starting to realize that 'pay for performance' is just code for 'work yourself into the ground.' The quotas keep climbing, the territories are getting larger, and the expectations for 'digital engagement' are reaching a breaking point.

I'm spending my weekends catching up on administrative work just to stay afloat.

I used to love the culture here, but it feels like we're being squeezed for every last drop of productivity.

Is anyone actually finding a way to maintain a decent work-life balance, or is the only way to succeed here to sacrifice everything else?.
