Heard a lot of chatter about Boehringer Ingelheim's 'Pod System' for sales teams.
The idea is to foster collaboration and shared accountability, but I'm hearing mixed reviews.
Is it actually working for anyone out there? Are you seeing genuine teamwork and improved results, or is it just creating more internal competition and blame games? My concern is it's another layer of complexity that distracts from actually selling.
