I've been in the new pod system at BI for about six months now and I'm struggling to see the benefit.
It feels like we're just tripping over each other in the same offices, and the 'collaboration' is mostly just extra meetings to make sure we're not double-calling the same docs.
I miss the days of having my own territory and being the single point of contact for my customers.
Now, the docs are getting annoyed with three different reps from the same company showing up in the same week.
Is anyone actually seeing a bump in their numbers from this, or is it just a way for management to keep a closer eye on us?.
