Seriously, what's the deal with the Blenrep launch at GSK? We're busting our butts for a niche product, dealing with all the complexities of a new therapy, and the quotas are through the roof while the incentives feel like a slap in the face.
It feels like management expects us to perform miracles with one hand tied behind our backs.
Is anyone else feeling like GSK purposely set us up to fail on this one? Or is this just the new normal for specialty launches?.
