I've been at GSK for five years and I've never seen anything like the turnover we're experiencing right now.
It feels like every other week another veteran rep is jumping ship, and the new hires are barely making it through training before they're looking for the exit.
Management seems more focused on 'busy work' and digital metrics than actually supporting the field.
I'm spending more time on administrative tasks and 'compliance' exercises than I am actually talking to doctors.
Is this just my region, or is the culture here starting to rot from the top down?.
