I went through a comp benchmarking exercise and I'm getting paid about 12-15% below what reps with my experience are pulling at AstraZeneca and Lilly right now. Same therapeutic area, same call point complexity. Biogen hasn't done a meaningful base adjustment in two years. The bonus math also feels off — target is stated at 15% but actual payouts have been 9-11% for most of the team two years running. I like the science and my manager is great but money is money.
