Is it just my district, or has the new 'AI-optimized' routing and call tracking at Biogen turned into a total nightmare? I've been in this industry for 15 years and I've never felt so micro-managed.
The system literally flags you if you spend 'too much' time in one office or if your route doesn't match the 'ideal' AI path.
It's like they've forgotten that actual selling requires building relationships, not just checking boxes on an app.
Morale is at an all-time low in my neck of the woods.
Anyone else feeling like a glorified delivery driver instead of a sales professional?.
