Is it just my district, or is everyone at Amgen looking for the exit? I've had three colleagues jump ship in the last month alone—two went to smaller biotechs and one just left the industry entirely.
The vibe has shifted from 'hustle for the bonus' to 'hustle for a new LinkedIn profile.' Management keeps talking about 'synergies' and 'efficiency,' but all we see is more administrative bloat and less support for actual selling.
Anyone else seeing a mass exodus in their neck of the woods?.
