I've been at Amgen for 8 years and I think I've finally hit my limit.
Between the constant restructuring and the feeling that we're just numbers on a spreadsheet, I'm ready to jump ship.
I've heard some people have had success moving into medical device sales or even hospice/home health, but I'm curious what everyone else is seeing.
Is the grass actually greener on the other side, or is it just a different kind of headache? I'm looking for something with a bit more stability and maybe a culture that doesn't feel so 'churn and burn.' Any advice for a veteran rep looking to reinvent themselves?.
