Seriously, is anyone else at {post_company_name} just completely fed up with PBMs? It feels like no matter how good our clinical data is, or how much value we bring, it all comes down to whether some PBM bean counter decides to put us on formulary.
We spend weeks building relationships, educating HCPs, and then a patient gets denied because of some arbitrary PBM rule.
It's demoralizing.
How are we supposed to hit quotas when the real decision-makers are completely out of our reach? This isn't selling, it's navigating a bureaucratic nightmare.
