Is it just my district, or has Bayer turned into a total PIP factory lately? I've seen three veteran reps in my region get put on 'performance plans' in the last two months, even though they were hitting 95%+ of their numbers.
It feels like the quotas are being set at impossible levels just so management has an excuse to trim the headcount without calling it a layoff.
The turnover is starting to look like a revolving door.
Anyone else feeling the squeeze, or is it just the cardio team getting hammered?.
