Anyone else at {random_company['name']} feeling like our daily call and Zoom meeting requirements have gone through the roof lately? I've been a rep for 15+ years, and I'm seeing a huge increase in the sheer number of interactions we're expected to log.

It feels like a push for 'quantity over quality' and it's burning people out.

Is this just a reaction to recent restructures, or is this the new normal? How are you all managing the increased workload without sacrificing genuine engagement with HCPs? My DM says it's about 'efficiency,' but I'm worried it's just micromanagement in disguise.
